5 Finger Rule

When the students are trying to find a just right book teach them to keep in mind the five finger rule.

The students are to randomly turn to a page and every word the student comes to and he/she doesn't understand then they put a finger down.

1 finger the book is too easy
4/5 the book is too hard.
